On Friday FEB 8, 2019 I purchased 2 tickets for a concert at Cal Expo Sacramento with Band Calibre 50 www.BOLETOS AQUI. However a few hours before the concert began we were notified via email that the concert was cancelled due to the Artist not being granted a US Visa.
However on Saturday FEB 9, 2019 the concert in Ventura with Calibre 50 was in effect not cancelled.
This was a lie to customers and not right. I demand my FULL refund immediately and an apology as I incurred cost of renting a hotel, uber, and so many other costs to attend this concert. This was poorly executed and the ticket agency should be ashamed of themselves. Never again will I purchase from this disgusting site. Poor communication lack of. Hispanic community and concert goers deserve better !!
