Bocandy is a scam website which takes subscriptions for candy boxes. I paid for a 3 month subscription as a gift. The first box arrived about 6 weeks after I ordered it, and the 2nd and 3rd box never arrived, despite multiple assurances from their customer service department that they would arrive shortly. It is now 7 months later and they are still giving me the run-around, claiming they are waiting on product from their wholesalers. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, and they are refusing to address this request.

I decided to give subscription boxes a chance and chose the company "Bocandy". I paid the amount in full for my first box and have yet to receive anything. I viewed the reviews left by others and it seems like everybody has been ripped off by this company. I have inquired about a refund and its impossible to access their website without having my information stolen. its going on two months.
