Claim to have toy poodle puppies but will not provide info on parents, claims they have already been sold. Doesn’t seem likely they would sell the parents right after having babies particularly the mother. Wouldn’t take pic of puppies with piece of paper with my name on it to verify that they actually had the puppy. The person on the phone that claimed to be the breeder was a foreigner yet the pictures they portrayed on their site as them were not foreigners. Would not provide pics of parents. Many red flags. I did not allow myself to be scammed but wanted to make sure that no one else is.

On 11/11, my mother and I visited www.myloyalpoodles.com shopping for poodle puppies. The website we visited appeared very professional and personable. They had photos of beautiful puppies, some claiming to come from champion bloodlines. The prices for each of these pups were all the same price ($500), regardless of pedigree. This should have been a warning but we proceeded to engage the breeder via their online form. My mother and I submitted separate applications as we wanted to purchase two pups, one for her and one for me. She selected a different pup than I did but we both quickly received responses for the same pup stating that the pup "Daisy" was available. This caused some confusion, so my mother decided to call the number on their site. A man with an accent picked up without any introduction and seemed caught off guard by the phone call. My mother proceeded to talk with him, with me listening close by. He said he would send an email with payment instructions. Moments later I received an email requesting payment for a $1000 (for two puppies) to be submitted to Western Union. When I refused to conduct any transaction this way and stated that I could not proceed, he sent another email asking about sending a Moneygram.
Since I am planning to go to Baltimore next week Nov 16-20, I requested to see the pups in person and asked for his name and address and best time for me to come by. I have not yet received a response.

I tried to buy a dog from Bluemoon Pomeranians in Laurel MD and they asked for advanced payment and would only accept western union. I never received the puppy. And I have no recourse because stupidly I sent cash through western union.
