Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was previously scammed by a business called WantMyLook, also based in LA. There is an open investigation filed with them right now. See ScamPulse.com Complaint Case# *** (Re[censored]-***). This new instagram page, Blueberi, posts the same clothing. Their websites are extremely similar, including the exact same images promoting the exact same dress I never received. Blueberi’s earliest post is in November 2018, around the time I placed my order with WML. WML’s instagram has since changed, disabling comments on every post.
I posted a comment on a recent post and said "So are y’all basically want my look renamed to keep scamming people?"
I received a private message quickly after that said "Hello. We are not affiliated with Wantmylook or any other brands. We purchased this page from them. Thank you for following us." My comment was deleted immediately.
I have not yet purchased anything from them, being extremely skeptical. I came to ScamPulse.com to check and see if they have any records and they do not. I am reporting this scam in the hopes that this company can be investigated before something happens. According to the records on ScamPulse.com for WML, many were scammed before ScamPulse.com could intervene.
