I made a purchase to this company and never received any tracking information on my order. Two weeks after the purchase I emailed the company and informed them on the situation. I was able to receive a response letting me know it has been back ordered and to wait 2-3 weeks. I responded to the email but never got a response back. I’ve since sent another email asking for the status of the package and have still yet to receive a response back. It has been 6 weeks since the purchase and there has not been a single update on this order.

I tried going back to the site to find another way to try and reach out to the company but the only thing provided is the email address.
