This place is a scam! I bought a posture corrector for my boyfriend for Christmas. I ordered it around Black Friday and it arrived a couple of weeks later, no big deal. So, I gave it to my boyfriend for Christmas and he felt it dug into his armpits, no matter how much we adjusted it. So, I planned to return it, but little did I know they only accept returns for 30 days. My fault for trying to shop early during Christmas. I tried to reason with them that it had arrived late and it was the holidays, where most companies extend their return policy, but they wouldn’t budge. Annoying, but my fault I guess. Also, “100% money back guarantee” is not what it sounds like. According to their customer service rep, that actually means they’ll send a warranty replacement it if something malfunctions. Not sure how “money back” works there. Then, I go to review the product on their website because I want other people to know how it is uncomfortable and they should reconsider buying. Turns out there is no where to write a review (which is why I’m here writing) and there are ZERO bad reviews about the product. Pretty sure they are all fake reviews or they paid people to write nice reviews. After further investigating around the internet, turns out other people have been scammed by this company. That’s very unfortunate.

When I ordered my item from blue bear made it took about 4 weeks before I received the item and while waiting I tire to track it -it was stuck in one location for 3 weeks so when I tried to get in touch with them I keep receiving the same prerecorded message and when they did finally respond to my emails he tried to discourage me from receiving a full refund offering the item at half price so I refused and then he wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops and over obstacles in order to get my refund Then he refused to pay for shipping so now with shipping and the item I ordered I’m out of $60 after sending him a the shipping receipt number he claims he can’t track it so I’m asking for help

I ordered a posture corrector online. After a few days of not receiving it, I reached out and tried contacting the company with the only email provided [email protected] Numerous emails with automated responses and some with actual responses stating someone will handle the situation within 24-48 hours. It has been more than 2 weeks with no solution. I did some research and sure enough, SCAM. My paypal receipt shows up as Performance Ignited Inc. I looked back at my confirmed purchase email received and it stated the payment might show up in PayPal with this name, which is their parent company. (photo attached) I googled this name and found a report under California Secretary of State Business Registration: Performance Ignited Inc. helplittlestyleshop.com 800-401-4816. Brian Yang 2118 Wilshire Blvd, 1080 Santa Monica, CA 90403. File number C3798932. Also numerous complaints under the same thing on ScamPulse.com with Little Style Shop company.
