BLS Itech Proworld was suppose to refund $200 dollars for a tech protection program that was never ordered, instead took 1000 out of my mom’s account and I cant get ahold of anyone. This occurred yesterday to my 70 year old mother, she repeatedly stated "She just wanted her money back that’s all", now Cant get ahold of anyone at the phone number about the withdrawal they took out. The original phone call stated they were putting a 98 charge on my mom’s account left a number for her call and cancel it. She did call they ended up with taking 2000 out of my account(her daughter), which then she panicked and they refunded that immediately, however later that night they proceeded to take 1000 out of my moms account. I attempted to call several times today and the phone number given on the back withdraw doesn’t work, bank wont stop payment.
