I placed an order 6/9/2019 and had not received my earbuds a month later. I reached out trying to contact anyone and by surprise I actually got an email replying saying they were extremely backed up and will be sending out the order soon. I kindly asked for a tracking number since its been well over the 7day processing time and they kept giving me the run around saying our carrier has not provided a # yet or you will get a email once its been created. I waited a few days and still no number so I reached out yet again and firmly explained I would be reporting the business if I did not receive my tracking info. It seemed like an automated response apologizing and did not care they were getting reported. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 100% SCAM
