I ordered a scooter type toy for my son in February. It was free shipping! In March I received a pair of sunglasses from them. So I emailed them about it and they apologized. A few days later I received a new tracking number, so I gave it a few days started tracking it knowing it was probably going to be a while. So the other day I got on to track it and it says it was lost. I emailed them about it and this is what I received “How about we refund 60% to you for a part of product cost & shipping fee
The items you keep it for compensation and do not return it.” I replied with no you will refund 100% is not my fault is lost in transit and you sent me something I didn’t order! I really don’t want these fake Oakley sunglasses they sent me! I haven’t received a response yet. But I am sure I’m out my money!

On 2/22/2020, I placed an order online at Bleadeale.com (a company in Arizona) for a jigsaw puzzle spinner table. The listed price totals $54.75, with no charge for tax or delivery. On 2/23/2020, my credit card was charged $59.07 to a merchant in China. On 3/11/2020, I received a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses that I did not order from DFWIN in China. I was sent the wrong item.
