I was sent a text message from a friend about a grant that she had reveived and what ever amount you qualified for, that was the amount of delivery fees you had to pay for delivery of grant to your door. In order for this to take place, I had to take a loan to send the delivery fees. I was sent to Walmart, Advance Check or Western Union to send these fees. A certain amount was sent to a particular person. If the delivery person, if the fees were not available right then, cancel that transaction and go to another place. This went on about a week and a half, I believe it was on Saturday I got a text to day that the customs truck was in the state but they would need three thousand more to complete the proces. I told them I was not paying any more. I have not been contacting since then.
