I tried to contact them both by email and phone beginning with no response. Calling customer service only takes you to a voicemail box to leave a message. I want a refund, not the product, at this point.

I ordered a personalized engraved watch for my dad for Christmas over a month ago and never received it. I called the number on their website 4 times and left 4 voicemails – no one called me back. I emailed the support email 7 times and never got a response. I am a very reasonable person, but when it comes to a scam like this so personal for my father, it becomes a different kind of feeling of disappointment. I kept having faith that it will arrive one day and I will then surprise my dad with the beautiful thoughtful words engraved on it, but I believe now that, that day has sailed and I have been scammed.

Even emails are not responded to. Please investigate this site. I have seen hundreds of people have experienced the exact same issues. They take the money immediately and you receive nothing!

I should have checked the BBB before ordering from this company. Thought I was doing something nice for my Husband for Christmas. I have called and emailed and no responses. I did receive an email with tracking info but the tracking # does not work. What a waste of time and money. I filed a dispute with my bank too, because this company is not using the correct website either when they billed my credit card.

I ordered a watch online for $60.00 as a gift for my wife on our anniversary! It’s been 1.5 months since I ordered the watch and I haven’t received any product! I have emailed and called over and over to this company with no response at all! Do not buy from this company! Somehow they are advertising on Facebook! Please take them down off of everything! This past week someone stole my card info and tried to get money at a title/loan place in Florida! Luckily my bank canceled the card and didn’t allow it to happen! I’m sure it was these people with my info!

I ordered two watches that were going to be from dad to son. I ordered these as a gift(s) for my brothers since my dad has died. I have constantly called and emailed and absolutely no response. What upsets me the most is that these gifts to my brothers would have loved them especially since it’s sometging my dad would say to them. Save your money. You won’t recieve you items and definitely won’t get a response. I spent $100 when i shouldn’t have only because of how thoughtful and meaningful the gift was. Breaks my heart that i didn’t get my worth of money and instead lost it all.
