Through Pinterest.com my daughter found the website birthstonebeauty.com and proceeded to order a necklace at 29.99 on 12/23/17. I have made multiple attempts to contact them for a status on my order but tonight I saw they have a Facebook page with several people posting about the same experience that I have had. Order submitted but no merchandise delivered.
