I ordered a free sample from the Dr. Oz Show when i typed in web address, a page popped up with a free 14 day trial,I was just to pay the Shipping charges. i received the order and was very unhappy with the product, also because my checking account was charged about &200,00 dollars. I called the company BioGlaciere, after quite a bit of discussion, was told that the charge would be reversed and any future charges would be canceled. Three days later the charges were back on my checking account.
