I had a problem with my laptop called Dell connected me to tech services Paid $404.00 repaired my laptop June 3.2016 got a call company was going out of business wanted to refund money. I had set up a password to confirm this company they gave me the password let in computer. said they could only refund 2000 dollars I was to send money gram for difference thought every thing was okay however they had locked me out of my computer. for the whole weekend I could not see my banking not knowing they were transferring my own money between accounts thinking I was getting money back went on all weekend no control of my computer lost a lot of money until bank wised up Had to have laptop reset . Dell sent me to these people watch out Dell customers,
