15 jul – i paid £33.40 ($41.79)
29 aug – i had never received any email & tracking number so i asked my tracking number and thankfully "MARA" told me, but the tracking number turned out as "not found"
1 sep – i asked how is going on
2 sep – "MARA" said my parcel had been lost but also said they’ll send another one. i asked the new tracking number.
3 sep – AGAIN, AS ALWAYS, "MARA" repeated the same thing that she sent yesterday and said "please wait for the email"
11 sep – i asked how long will it take for the new one and got the answer, 7-10 days.
15 sep – "can i get my tracking number of my package? thank you", NO ONE REPLIED
23 sep – it has been 12 days so i asked my tracking number, NO ONE REPLIED
25 sep – i asked for the full refund. NO ONE REPLIED
4 oct – asked for full refund again
7 oct – "MARA" answered, "I will follow up your request to our supervisor and please wait for
their email. We will assure that this issue will be put in high priority."
19 oct – STORY OF REFUND, NO ONE REPLIED
3 nov – NO ONE REPLIED SO FAR.
