I ordered from them online an ad they had advertising for a good price. I go to the website picked the item I wanted, and proceed to checkout. In the begging I was given a tracking number which wasn’t trackable for over a week until I reached out to the company. Onced I received my merchandise it wasn’t anywhere close to what o orederd. When informing the company that they sent me something I didn’t choose, they in return stated " the item you choose had been sold out, so rather than have you wait longer we just sent you what we thought was close. " Although, I took a screen shot and sent it to them to let them know it was NO where close to the item I purchased they said it wasn’t a problem. The item sent to me is not usuable and I am completely unsatisfied. I told them I wanted my money back or send me the item I originally purchased, they ignored me. I called the number on the website, it’s fake. I told them that as well they proceeded to ignore me. I kept reaching out to get my money back, they told me that I would have to pay the shipping to return what wasn’t their mistake and then they would decide if it was a legit return to give me my refund. If they chose to refund me, they would deduct the shipping fee from my total ( meaning they would double charge shipping ). I went to Google and came across multiple reviews saying he same thing. So it’s a problem with them stealing peoples money and not sending the correct merchandise. I would like like to file a suit and get them shut down and get my money back.
