I ordered 2 car cameras from ad I saw on FB. I ordered them on 12/1/2018. Express shipping was offered (7-12 days) I paid through PayPal. $41.97.
The item was shipped from China. Tracking number LT087555173CN. Tracking shows it’s been in ISC Los Angeles Ca(USPS) since 12/21/18. There has been no other activity. I’ve tried emailing them asking for a refund. But all they do is give me the same information over and over stating where it’s at. But won’t address my refund request.
