I don’t remember downloading this app ("better me"). So imagine my surprise to see charges starting to show up on my PayPal account. This was the first month it didn’t go to spam, so I noticed the charge right away. I looked through my phone to see if I had the app. I DO NOT have the app currently installed on my phone. I looked through my google pay activity. I DO NOT have anything in my history of google play with this app/company. I then went to my PayPal accounts and looked at all the charges I have had with this company, Monthly since January totaling $165.35. They use a third party pay through so charges are harder to dispute. I also couldn’t figure out how to cancel my so-called subscription as I don’t have the app on my phone and I never went to the website to set any of these authorizations up. I contacted PayPal, Google, and the "BetterME" app people after searching the website. BetteME said it wasn’t their fault that I made a purchase and has failed to let me know if I my so-called subscription is cancelled. I have attached that email thread. I have also attached the bill from PapPal. If you look through the app reviews in the Google Play store you will see this is happening frequently and this company is not honest with it’s consumers. Please consider action against them.
