Type of a scam Online Purchase
saw an add pop up on Fb for a laser. $30 bucks for a laser pointer about the size of a medium sized flashlight. THEY claim it can start matches on fire and pop balloons. I get the item and charge the battery. I assemble it (product came with NO instructions) and turn it on. Yes, this is insanely bright, but couldnt start tissue paper soaked in lighter fluid on fire. I write it off as i had been ripped off. I email the company the next day to see what they have to say about this product that doesnt do what they say it does. 5 emails. they never respond to any of them. a month later, they finally reply just to call me a liar and prove it doesnt do what they say it did. (which i will post a video of this every where I can when i make it). However, when I go to get a physical address for this company, none is found. the web host for their products, ‘can not provide any personal information’. so in the end all i have is a email address that they dont respond to and a web/facebook site that they dont respond to. DONT buy from Better day products and be careful with any Shopify.com sites.
