My caller I.D. identified the caller as "Bethel Schools." I live in the Bethel School District and my four children graduated from Bethel Schools. I picked up the call and heard a recorded message saying repeated attempts to contact me were unsuccessful, and this was my last chance to reduce my credit card interest rates. I was instructed to press a number to be connected to a representative.
