Type of a scam Rental
John Martino pretended to be a real estate agent working for the Bethany Beach rentals. He put an ad up for 909 Dover House in Sea Colony and said to be working for the owner Jason Lloyd Oliver. They sent me the beach rental agreement form. They sent me actual pictures, which I looked up and felt it was real. They requested payment through PayPal, and I felt that was safe, but then demanded money through a random bank account in New Mexico. I called the Resort to verify information and found out that they do not work with anyone name John Martino and Jason Lloyd Oliver is not the owner of the condo. I began disputing the PayPal charge, and refused to sent money to the bank account. Then I started receiving threatening emails from these guys about my dispute. I escalated it with PayPal.
