Type of a scam Online Purchase
I searched online in the general search field for a Rocketbook. The item came up under the advertised field with a few vendors like HSN, Amazon, eBay, and bestxdeal.com. So I went into their website found they were having a promotion and placed my order. That afternoon I received and email confirming my order. The next morning I received and email saying they were sorry. They were out of stock and would issue a refund to our credit card. That was two weeks ago. I have not received the credit or a reponse from them from the two emails I have sent. There is no contact phone number. And no physical address. I never place an order with a company without looking for that info. But this time I did, and it has bit me in the butt.
