I ordered a large decal from Bestvinylwallart.com. Seller contacted me right away to make the purchase. Asked me specifics about the decal and said he would ship it out that day. My total came to $210.00 and he asked me to pay 1 of 3 different ways. One was through Venmo. Big mistake cause once I paid for the decal, I never heard from him again. He has avoided my calls and emails and hasn’t sent me the product or refunded me my money. He is a definite scammer. He says his name is Kip James.
