This company was the company a cattery in Nashville,TN "registered" our kitten with to transport him to my mother in NY. It began with a tracking number that we later identified as not legitimate, and continued with requests for payment to rent a crate suitable for the airplane, and then a demand to pay for the city permit fee to transport the kitten across state lines. This is also not a legitimate thing. Emails got more confusing and incorrectly written as well as the amounts of money increasing. They claimed that after we paid the crate we would get 70% back and then after we paid the permit fee we would get 100% back after delivery. This is when we terminated the transaction and have asked for a complete refund of all monies paid through Venmo.
