Best Interstate Logistics said my package was at held up because the package doesn’t have insurance. I needed to send $500 that is 100% refundable in cash once the package was delivered. It will be delivered today no questions asked. But its 2PM and the airport it suppose to be at is 5 to 6 hours away. He called me and wouldn’t talk only wants to text.

Best Interstate Logistics claimed that they had our puppy we had just purchased (evidently from another scammer) at a location in Arkansas. They stated that the kennel had "failed inspection" and that we needed to pay at $1600 (100% refundable in CASH) when they arrived with the puppy. The text messages urged us to "please hurry and pay" and insinuated that the puppy needed the kennel right away. They would only take cash type payment and not a credit card. At one point Best Logistics said that they "have lots of people paying with cash so please hurry". When we attempted to speak with them on the phone, their English was very broken and they could not communicate very clearly. Please do not do business with this company.
