Do not order from or do business with Berrylook. Ordered clothing, jewelry & coat from Berrylook website after seeing ad on Facebook & during online browsing. Submitted initial order in August 2018 for items totalling $82; received email confirmation within minutes that order was received & credit card charged. Website said estimated shipping & delivery within 10 days so when not received in September wrote to company for order status. Received email from Berrylook next day that items shipped but would arrive later than expected due to delays. After another month emailed Berrylook that order was not received. Customer Service rep sent copy of tracking form showing order was delivered to my home address on 23 Oct 2018 however it was not delivered or received. Checked with DHL (name on tracking form) & Post Office & there was no record of delivery. Post Office said package may have been returned. After repeated email requests to Berrylook (over two years) to re-send items or refund I received email with credit voucher for $76 USD & request to re-submit order. At this point, I wanted to see if my order would be shipped. Many of original items were no longer available so I found alternate items (hats, jewelry, scarf & coat) & ordered on their website. After several attempts to place order with Berrylook credit voucher, system finally accepted order but charged me $25 shipping plus $15 for additional item. After more requests for refund & same reply from different Berrylook reps, filed dispute for charges with credit card company. Next day (after dispute claim), received email from Berrylook saying one item in my order was out of stock so they are issuing $7.61 refund back to my credit card; refund received. To date, have not received any communications nor order from Berrylook. Credit card company still reviewing dispute claim & company as of July 2020.

I ordered 4 women’s tops for a total of$71.80.The merchandise did not fit and was very poor quality;therefore I needed to return for a refund like any legitimate company does! BerryLook is located in China (I didn’t know this when I ordered)although delivery packages came separate from N.Y and California. They do not send a return label so I literally had to beg for a return address! I returned merchandise thru USPS with tracking # however parcel was returned to me! I have tried to contact them via phone, email multiple times either your on hold forever and never answered or a fictitious address! I have come to the conclusion they have no intention of refunding anyone for any reason! This nightmare started in March and was never resolved. By the way they guarantee 100% satisfaction! What a joke!

This is additional information to a report I filed against Berrylook.com earlier.

At one point during my interaction with “John” the guy who called my cell phone multiple times to argue with me about processing my refund and cancellation of my order, he asked me to go to:

And download the executable file (.exe) so he could “verify my identification” so they could process my refund and cancel my order.

Someone at the ScamPulse.com or other .gov dept should try this out and see what program is contained in the file.

These guys are clever enough to set up a recaptcha process that gives fake codes or kicks them back every time.

I feel like not only will they send you crap clothing (check reviews) and then make it a hassle to get a refund but they are collecting credit card info to sell on the dark web.

And in retrospect, I’m not certain I ever gave them my cell number to call in the first place. Hmmmm….

I put an order on this website called BerryLook. They have really nice clothes. My order came on time. But some of the clothes were too little. So I wrote them asking about their return policies. They try to convince me to give those clothes to somebody else because I will have to pay the return.I told them no problem. Send them pics of the clothes I was returning and they ask for the tracking number. It’s been around a month since I sent the clothes back and they keep telling me that they cannot find the track number. So they don’t want to return my money. These are no way to treat a costumer.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is a warning to all women, DO NOT order anything from the Berrylook website! They are a Hong Kong-based scam company with a multitude of problems.

1. Order delivery takes well over a month

2. Their clothing quality is beyond sub-par. The actual clothes do not resemble the quality of the photos on their website. The photos on the website the fabric drapes and looks soft, flowing and a roomy fit. The clothes that arrive are made of stiff, low-quality fabric that doesn’t drape or flow and all the clothes run very small.

3. The worst part is their "return or exchange" process is a scam. There is no customer service phone number to call. There are no return or exchange instructions included in the bag just to email them to ask for the process. Your only recourse is to email them and then it gets worse.

4. For a return or exchange, you must email the company and their only process is an email runaround. They respond only once every 24 – 48 hours to your email. They ask you to send the SKU numbers, descriptions and photos of the clothes to exchange or return. You email them what they ask for and then you get another email from another "person" requesting the exact same information again. I sent over 10 emails requesting how to return clothes in the US and each response came from someone of a different name requesting the exact same information that I already provided them.

They are simply the worst clothing scam operation I have ever seen. They claim there are returns and exchanges on their website but that is a lie. You just email and email and email trying to give them the information they require and then they ask you again. They never provide instructions on how to return or exchange their low-quality clothes. There is no recourse. You are stuck with what you buy. Moreover, their repeat emails are a deliberate runaround. This runaround clearly indicates to me that if I spent money to return the items I would have zero confidence that I would ever get money back. They are a scam online clothing store and people need to know this. There is no way to return or exchange what you order. Please do not order anything from berrylook.com

I ordered 6 dresses from a company named Berrylook. When they arrived, 3 of them were too small. I contacted the company via email requesting a return authorization number. I was told to just return them and I would be credited. I was not advised to send them to any specific address. So, I assumed I was to send them to the address they were shipped from. The package was signed for by somebody named Mandy. When I emailed the tracking number to them, they responded that I had shipped to the wrong address. They requested I send them to the above address. I have sent numerous emails trying to explain that I no longer have the dresses. I’ve had at least 5 different people sending me a standard form letter.

Purchased 4 shirts that were grossly misrepresented and none of them were the quality or correct size I expected. I returned them immediately per their return policy in the original packaging etc. I have been told twice by email that my refund was in process and it has now been several weeks past the promised time of the refund. They do contact you back by email but I have been lied to twice and I’m done being patient. This company is based out of Hong Kong and does business online through a California address which is where I was told to send the items back. I will be happy to amend this report if I do indeed receive my refund, but for now, do not order from this company!

Hi , there are plenty of reviews that are negative about berry look online retailer on a website – trustpilotThere was one review which said if we called 8002181650, Daniel will ask us to follow some steps and that refund will be given in an hour. So I called , went to voicemail , I left no message- he called me back from 7046298981 and said I should go to the computer, go to support909.us in safari and then download a team devised software. Once I did that he asked me to allow access to my computer systems. I said no and I also noticed 3 other people signing in . He kept on asking me to hold as he was bringing up the return form for my refund. He said I will not get returns ever as I did not give him access. I disconnected and he called me back – I disconnected him .

I bought a dress from Berrylook on line clothing, I purchased a size larger, bfabric was cotton. When arrived I could not get dress over head or in sleeves. I looked in package for any information for returns, there was nothing, I checked web site and found nothing other than a phone number. I made many attempts to reach someone by phone but received no answer, as I was traveling I returned package to address I received dress. They received 2 days after mailing per tracking, I waited for 10 days for refund then sent email with all info, after 35 days and many attempts to contact by email & phone, I received an email stating I had returned to wrong address and would only be refunded half of my cost, I should send someone to pick up and return to them, however they accepted, opened & kept ..instead of refusing and marking ..RETURN TO SENDER…this is a scam to refund only half of your money by not providing return information. I placed am order on line with a company called www.berrylook.com. I recived 2 orders and the ims were terrible looking, not the same as the pictures I ordered from. I found a phone number when I was reading a list of complaints about this company, which a lady said she received some satisfaction from her complaint. After calling this number, the guy, Jason said he could only give me $50.00 and I would have to go get a *** *** card and call him back with the numbers on the card. I said, I cant do that, I can not get around. So then, he said just give me your credit card number, but first start up your computer and put these numbers in it so I can help you get the return done faster. Before I kmew it he was in my computer and got another credit card number. He kept asking for the 3 numbers on the back of the card, but I would not give him the numbers. All he kept saying is your computer is too slow and he kept saying he’d call meback. After 3hours of listening to his excuses and him telling me my computer was slow and calling me back on y land line and getting my cell phone number, he hadcalled me back 16 times. Always with an excuse, mostly saying, lets wait awhile, maybe the computer will be getting a better signal. After 3 hours he was getting real pissed a me and told me I wasted his time. My credit card showed a $58.50 charge to a company that was a market research and grow your company. I would suspect these guys are all in it together. Then there was another charge for $50.00 *** ***. Then the final blow came in when where they got into my husbands *** *** account and charged $11,500.00 for some kind of digital devices. *** ***  called and it all gottaken off his account. Thank God for *** ***, otherwise this would have been charged to our credit card. I DON’T KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE, BUT THEY’RE BAD. Then a few days later they spoofed a telephone number and was trying to get me to give them info. on my husband. But I told them, you should already have this info. and finally got mad and hung upon them..I called the number tha was on my caller ID and it said, it was not a working number. I also called the insue.co. and they said they never called me. SO BEWARE!!!!

I made an order 4/1/19 that said my order will be shipped in 3 days. When a week passed with no shipping information I went to the website. There is always a warning that orders are delayed due to large volume of orders. I received my order over 3 packages about a month later, but I was never able to track them online. The business was paid by PayPal the date of my order. The products are cheap and even when you order by measurements the clothing is not quality made and not the same as what is pictured. You can’t return the products or contact them because the website requires a security code be entered to match a picture and when entered returns an invalid code message that then does not allow the page to be submitted.

Berrylook.com is a website selling clothing. It looks very reputable. I charged the items to my credit card. I ordered over $200 CDN in clothing and shoes. Shortly after I placed the order I received a confirmation email from paypal international that I sent a payment to Xi’ an Orderplus Network Technology Co., Ltd. and that the charge on my credit card statement would show "Berrylook".

3 weeks go by and I still hadn’t received my package. I used the track option on berrylook.com and the status showed ‘in progress". I waited a few more days. Checked the tracking option again and the status still showed "in progress". I attempted to cancel my order as their website said you can cancel an order that has not been shipped; it was denied with a message "shipped orders cannot be cancelled." I went back to the tracking page and sure enough the status of my order changed to shipped. A week later I received my items.

The quality was terrible. The sizing was terrible. Terrible is an understatement. And the order was not shipped from a reputable courier like DHL, UPS, FEDEX. The package was in a courier bag but the label had no courier information and the shipping address was from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

I have sent many emails to berrylook asking to return the items. Initially I was told no. Then I was offered a coupon for alternate items on their website. Then I was offered a $50 credit. Finally they agreed to allow me to return the items but I have to pay for the shipping. And I have to ship the items to China. And I cannot use a courier company like UPS or DHL as the items may get stuck in Customs and if they do I will not get a refund. I was also advised they will inspect the items and only after a very long time I will get a refund.

I was advised to ship the items to: 5th Floor, Block A, XiaMao Commercial Plaza, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, in China. When I google this address there are thousands of negative reviews by customers who have ordered clothes from berrylook or yoyosfashion or angelolyofficial. All with the same experience I have. All obviously dealing with the same scam clothing distributor with a bunch of different websites.

This company advertised their goods through Facebook and through a website. I purchased two dresses from this company, which took over a month to receive, and paid for the merchandise through Paypal. Upon receipt, they did not fit. The seller failed to provide a return address for returning merchandise. Finally, after pursuing them, they provided a return address and promised a refund upon their receipt of the merchandise. I mailed the merchandise back to them and it was received by them on March 28, 2019. Still they provided no refund. I filed a dispute against the seller with Paypal. Upon the seller learning of the dispute, they contacted me and promised to refund the money if I closed the dispute. I did as the seller asked and still no refund. I have contacted the company through email no less than 15 times to get my money and still they refuse to refund my money. I have contacted Paypal who now says because I closed the dispute, I have no recourse through Paypal to get my money. This is fraud on both the seller and Paypay. I just want my refund.

I placed an order with them in mid-February, and have received half of it so far (1 mo. later). Sadly, I did not check out reviews from the company beforehand(except on their site). I paid through my bank account, and they took my money immediately(naturally). Based on other reviews here, am really dreading the refund process. I have a small frame, and was pleased that the clothes in package #1 fit like they were tailor-made, I will say that in their favor. The items received were NOTHING like those pictured on their site. Instead of quality clothes at discount prices, I got what I can only accurately describe as "Halloween costumes". It’s like something you’d buy in a costume shop(or rent to wear to a Halloween party). I’m waiting on package #2 to arrive any day now, but don’t hold out much hope that the two items it contains will be any better. Still waiting on third shipment for order I placed over a month ago. I had to return two items from the first part of the shipment, and they are now, despite getting confirmation from USPS( tracking #: 9505506577469101071550) that the items were delivered to the return address, refusing to acknowledge my return. Retuned items for refund on 4/11/19, and have received run around emails acting like they don’t understand what I want from them or why I’m contacting them. Ridiculous!

On September 28, 2018, I discovered this website via Facebook, as they were advertising in this social media company. I found the appearance of the clothing to be very inviting, so scanned the website, selected, and ordered 7 dresses, and paid quite a bit of money. To date, November 30, 2018, I have not heard from not even one representative from this so-called company, after sending several complaints via their website company page, all proving to be unsuccessful. I have not received one dress to date! On their tracking page, it shows a confirmation of the payment I made, but never shows that my payment is going through "Processing" or "In Transit" or "Delivered," it continually remains in the "Payment Confirmed" status. I have continually asked for my money to be returned to my bank, unsuccessfully, as no one replied to my requests. I am frustrated with this company and would like them reported to social media sites, and online sites, so as to stop them in their tracks from stealing money from more individuals. I’m surprised after reading other scammer reports on the ScamPulse.com Site regarding this company, which indicate that they have had contact with a representative from this company. I have heard from NO ONE! I’m at my wits end! Please see below where I copied and pasted from the Company’s website information:

These ads are everywhere and the prices for their clothes are cheap. For now…there is no such tracking number at Fed Ex and it has been weeks since the items were ordered. I haven’t recieved anything that was ordered. Reviews were full of small sizes, poor fabric, and badly made clothes. Refunds were non-existent.

This Company Berrylook add pop up on your computer selling clothes that really; looks good. Not wanting my information out there on the web, I ordered five items and pay through Pay Pal. I waited around two to three months for the items. Each time I send an email through the resolution centre I would receive one Item. Totally out of the five items four was sent. Pay Pal was no help. Berry looks motto was you can return the items if you are not satisfied. Big scam. There is no address to make the return nor was I provided with a return slip. They offer me $15 or $20 credit you will never see that credit. The next scam they are telling me is to close my PayPal claim and they will send me the refund. They also suggested I should give the items to someone. I ordered two times my size yet they just don’t fit. The point is the quality is no good the construction is horrible and the material feels like plastic. One does not insult people by given them this garbage. Stay away from this company and especially trusting pay pal to make your payment.

I purchased some silk scarfs, various clothing items on 9/14/18 & 9/19/18. Upon receipt of said items, I found that the sizing was much smaller. On 10/08/18 @ 2:30 pm I sent 8 clothing items back, with this websites original shipping labels (I made a copy), showing SKU#(as the original Customer service rep instructions stated).I sent an email with pictures of what was being returned and the tracking receipt. The package was delivered on 10/11/18 @ 12:49. Since that time, I have had a multitude of email interactions with this company, all not from the same named person, with no contact numbers given, refusing to refund the $ 169.65 that is due. As late as this a.m., I now received an email stating they will refund me $12.76 of the total amount owed. I cannot upload the pics of the email or the items at this time, but do have copies of every interaction.

This company advertises on common websites that I use (weather.com, etc). I ordered a dress on clearance at a very good price. There was no mention on the website where the dress would be shipped from. It took 5 weeks to receive it, it was not at all like the picture. It looked like something that a high schooler would make as a first attempt to make a dress in Home Economics. I contacted the company through its email address ([email protected]) and expressed my dissatisfaction. I asked how I could return for a refund. I received a reply about "Asian sizes being different from US sizes" (dress was shipped from China) and basically said it was too difficult to return for a refund, so they said why don’t I keep it and give it to someone (I would never give this horrible dress to anyone!) and how about a $5 refund or $8 towards another item on BerryLook. There was no way I was going to order anything else from them, so I just said I’d take the $5 because I knew I would never get all my money back and didn’t want to deal with the hassle for an original purchase of $15. So they basically kept about $10 of my money for a dress that probably cost less than a dollar to make. Reviews of this company on line are HORRIBLE (wish I had checked first) and they need to be taken off the internet! They are probably making millions of dollars by sending crappy cheap clothes to people and then having their customers give up on trying to get a full refund because of the hassle. I didn’t lose much money, but what they’re doing just isn’t right. What can be done so that they are not allowed to advertise online?

I ordered a dress in early June and I still haven’t received it. They have a tracking device that says it left customs a long time ago. They have finally replied to me to say don’t worry, but refuse to give me the name of the shipping company. I also read that other people have had the same problem as me and others have actually received something that is not at all like the picture online.

I watched American Channel 7, I saw a line of advertising BerryLook.com, I googled and saw clothing sale with free shipping, the pictures shows clothes looks nice and quality with 50-70% off price. I made 2 orders with many items, one order was $***, second was $***, I payed them through Pay Pal with my Debit Card. Three weeks later I received one package with 3 items, the clothes are really poor quality such as plastic paper and the size are not what I ordered, the package was sent from China with the address: Xing Berrylook BG 11908793, WanDa Square Huqiu SuZhou QiTaQu SUZ- IOU JIAGSU 215004; phone: 0512-89183364. I went to Post Office to return package to the address: Berrylook 20515 Walnut, CA 91789 (they have on their Website). I googled Berrylook.com reviews, there are lots of American people got scam from this Website with the same situation as me, they was frustration, lost money. I hope ScamPulse.com look at the reviews to see how frustrating that Americans got scam and ripoff by this Website from Chinese people. I hope ScamPulse.com investigates and stop them from obvious Scam. Thank you

Order some clothes from them, but most of the clothes are not even closed from the picture that they display on the website. I contacted them for a refund, but they gave me a hard time to issue the refund. They asked me to send the clothes back to Tranplus Union Inc

Address: 20515 Walnut Drive

City: Walnut

State: CA

Country: US

Zip Code: 91789

After I returned all the clothes to them, they said that they only refund partial credit. In fact, its policy said that I can get a full refund as long as all the clothes are still brand new; which it was. So, be careful. All the pictures display on their website are too good to be true. You most likely won’t get what you see in the website.
