someone out of Sherman Texas impersonated a local VT resident. Using, his name, addresses, and physical characteristic description that do in fact match the resident. We were sent a lease agreement signed and dated by the impersonator. Later after a transfer of cash for security deposit and first months rent to move in the phone number was deactivated and our money was gone
