Benecharm will not respond to my emails regarding a defective order that I received. It took 3 months to receive my order and it was not correct. One item fell apart the first time it was worn. Spent $117.

I purchased 180 worth of personalized jewelry for Mother’s Day for my mother n law and myself. I tried contacting them countless times for the status of my order and didn’t receive any information. I am not the only one who has been scam by the company in China!
