I ordered a product from this website that was featured in the article mid January. I received an email that they got my order, and that it was sent out. Several weeks later I had received no product. Understanding this was coming from the UK and it could take some time, I message the company through their email to check on the status of the order. They said that it had been sent out so I waited a few more weeks. Still no item. I emailed back saying I have not received anything, and they said they would send out another shipment. Still no items several weeks later. I message them in their email requesting a refund since I have not received anything. No response. I reached out to them in a Facebook message and got a response saying that they sent out the item. I message back asking if another address would work such as a PO Box, snd if not that I would like a refund. No response. I believe this company to be a scam. they have communicated to me up until the point that I have requested refunds due to the fact that I receive no product. Once they mention the word refund there is zero communication back from them.
