Kept repeating the same information over and over requesting a one word answer of yes or no
Took my full name, Name of the business, address, phone, fax and email.
Stated after we spoke he needed to connect a manger to complete the verification.
Manager came on verified the same info, we were disconnected and Alex needed me to complete with another manager.
Manager completed his questions and then said he would call back to verify.
He called back and said he was calling from Reliant and I said is this not Bell like Alex told me and he quickly responded with no changed will be made at this time and then hung up.
