Offered a sale on ecobot robotic vacuum, was through an ad on kohl’s website and even when googled the product it came up in google shopping. However there is no phone number, and although the site appears to be written well, it is very basic and apparently a very new site when you start researching it.

I do not know if this a scam but I have become suspicious. I ordered an item that I wanted delivered by a certain date after reviewing the websites shipping policies. The website offered free shipping that day only and did not specify that the shipping would be any different from their stated policy. I also noted that my credit card would not be charged until the item was ready to ship. Once the item was ordered I wanted to be sure when it would arrive so I looked for a number to call. There was no number so I emailed them under their contact page. I also tried to look up their address but there isn’t a business at that address, only condos. Anyway, my credit card was charged but I have not bee notified of my item having been shipped. I also have not recieved an answer to my question.
