I saw an Instagram ad for “the Beauty Fridge” and was led to this site: https://thebeautyfridge.co/. I was aware of the company, Beauty Fridge, and the product that they sell—a mini fridge meant solely for skincare products. I had ordered after having an emotional night to treat myself. This was placed on August 18, 2019. I input my card information as well as shipping & billing addresses. I paid a total of $54.00 as this product was discounted and placed within the hours of MA tax free weekend. Before confirming my purchase, it noted that orders would be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped for free. By Sept. 1st, I grew concerned and contacted the contact for the site https://beautyfridge.co/. That is when I received an email in response noting the ongoing situation of multiple customers being affected by a scam of the site impersonating a legitimate business. I noted my order # in my message and was told no such order existed nor was my email on file for purchases. I was encouraged to report the fraudulent site, which I am doing now. I plan on disputing the charge with my bank.
