Beach Island Vacation Travel Club Island Vacations

Total money lost $398

Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

My wife received a ‘free’ vacation in 2014 for completing a phone survey. The travel company (Island vacations, Beach Island Vacations travel club) required payment of port fees and other mandatory fees for an initial total of $398. After getting suspicious we investigated and found ScamPulse.com complaints that appeared to be of the same company indicating that the fees would continue with some people never getting any vacation. We elected to walk away from the money spent and requested not to be contacted any further.

Since 2014 my wife has been contacted dozens if not a hundred times from groups indicating that we owe an additional $698, and that failure to pay will result in our account being sent for collections (for a vacation we never took, that was promised as being free…) We continue to ask not to be contacted, but still receive calls with regularity.

Our last contact was from the phone number (210)209-9729 where we spoke with Michael Miller and Jeffery Banks. Both indicated that they had no control over the continued harassment calls, both denied the ability to provide any follow up contact information, access to supervisors, or any additional means to discontinue the contacts.

We are at our whits end, and just want these people to stop harassing us. Please help.
