Baxter & klien finacial solutions contacted me that I qualified for a loan. Did collateral payment of $600.00 + $40.47 for taxes and fees. Company wanted additional $600.00 I requested a refund was told would have it in 30 days ( 4-1-16) have had no contact with company since despite my numerous calls and messages. Today 4-4-16. I call and get a code 791 number is no longer in service.
