Took My Money But No Goods Or Service Provided. They took my credit card information supposedly to save my place in line, they processed a charge of over $9,000.00 to my credit card the next day including a charge for one job that had not been defined nor confirmed. That was over 10 months ago, and still with nothing to show for it. When asked for a refund, the office manager says it was a nonrefundable deposit! They shut down their showroom but are still using the same phone number. Once they have your credit card info, they start stringing you along but they cancel appointments claiming to be sick, then they stop responding to emails or returning your phone calls. I have traced at least three more people that they have done the same thing to, the Consumer Protection Agency has already fined them but they continue the scam.
