Item never arrived even though I got an email saying they had shipped, then when I reported it to Paypal they claimed they never received payment, which I have records showing that they did. Sent them 3 messages on Bonanaza and 1 from Paypal with no response. Paypal had to issue me a refund. Horrible business.
