Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a product from Balerry’s and only recieved a confirmation email of the purchase. It has been two weeks and I never got a shipping email from them. I sent an email asking if there were any updates on the shipment. I got nothing back. I then contacted someone on facebook who was on their page posting disgruntled faces and asked her what happened to her. She said the following.
Hey!!! Yeah… so that happened to me… I bought the leggings maybe 1 month and a half ago and still haven’t received anything from them.. I kept asking on Facebook, Instagram and email about the leggings and no reply… I told them I was going to tell everybody about it, I kept posting on every sponsored ad I got on Instagram, I was able to let some girls know about it, but they ballerys blocked me from Instagram and Facebook.. about maybe two weeks ago I received “tracking number” but never received the leggings and that number doesn’t give me any tracking information…
I tried rating them on their official web page, but they have to approve the comments first, so yeah… they are only stealing money from the people and not sending the clothing you are paying for
I am now out forty dollars and am worried this is happening to many other women.
