Backgrounds USA states they will order information such as birth certificates from government agency. Company acknowledge my payment and stated that the certificate had been ordered on 01Feb18. Numerous contacts failed to elicit any assistance and certificate has not been received. 800 number is now no longer in service and calls to other numbers only receive an after hours recorded message even though it is not after hours
