I purchased this product online. The reviews looks promising, so I took a chance. The tracking indicated that a shipping label had been created on March 16, 2020 in Atlanta, so I was reassured. But there was no further tracking information and the product never arrived. I emailed, and got a response that was meant to reassure me, but still no product arrived.
