The company reported the item was out of stock even though it showed in stock when I ordered. They emailed me to say I would get a refund but when it didn’t arrive, I tried to contact them by email and it was rejected. Then I tried to look them up on the internet and there was no longer a site.

I order from these people and about a week later I get a email saying the item is not in stock and they go on to tell me I will receive my refund in 7 to 21 days and I still have not got it and iv tried to contact them and it seems that they have deleted the web site and deleted the email account and i can’t reach them
