They called me to refund my money that I had paid them and wanted by bank number to send the refund. I would not give it to them and told them to send me the check to my address. Of course, what they did is F——- up my computer and I could not use my computer. They now wanted a thousand dollars to reinstate my computer. I refused and they called me all kinds of f— names. I should know better. I called apple and they straightened out my computer.
