This website is a scam. They said they would send us a labrador puppy. I paid 1/2 + $205 shipping, a total of $680. Puppy was supposedly at the shipper, and I received an email from shipper saying we needed to pay an additional $970 for insurance that would be returned to us when we received the puppy. We did not pay for insurance and referred shipper to breeder. Since this communication, neither the breeder or the shipper will call us back or contact us. The shipping company is Star Express Logistics. The name on the Zelle app was James Corey. The breeder contact name per the shipper was Monique Pickett.

We were sold a puppy by this agency for $500 with $150 delivery fees. The demanded half price to book which we paid through zelle money app as they didn’t accept credit cards. On the pre decided date of delivery, they demanded the rest of the payment along with $1,000 additional payment as a refundable insurance on the puppy. They would not accept credit card payment and wanted a money transfer only. We got suspicious at that and verified with airlines if they were running which they weren’t. When we called them out on this behavior, they took down their website and said we can take them to court if we want. The numbers used seem fake as well because they would only call us. Every time we called they would not pick up but then call back.
