I received a postcard in the mail about coming to watch a seminar under no obligations to buy anything and I would receive two airline tickets and hotel stays. The post card look like it was from southwest. I received brochures after the seminar to send in money for the so-called free tickets. After sending money I thought I would get the vouchers but then again I had to pay $50 to HOt Promotions to request the dates. I was told I would receive a response within 7 business days. I never received anything. I called numerous times, leaving several messages and even emailed them. No one from Hot Promotions ever called me back. It got so frustrating that I decided to call Away to Paradise. Finally spoke to someone who somehow got ahold of Hot promotions for me. However…no one was helpful. So I decided to ask a refund for over 3 months now and they keep giving me the run around. After submitting a request for refund …I get an email from Hot promotions saying that the couldn’t accomodate my request. It’s ridiculous.
