I fell for this scam unfortunately, as mental health is a big thing in my family and I wanted to get rings for everyone to remind them to keep moving on. Unfortunately the rings did not fit and when I contacted them for a return address they gave me the one in china, which I cannot return to as the mail carries cannot input the information to send it back ( i.e city ). This is a really big let down as the whole website is “devoted” to bringing awareness to mental health when in reality all they are doing is using mental health to scam people into buying products from their website. Never once when I was buying the rings did it say that it was coming from china or that it would have to be returned to china. I feel like that is a big thing to leave out, when people are purchasing things, especially when their pieces are not that cheap. I feel scammed and quite honestly stupid that I fell for this, but I can say never again will I be purchasing from them and I steer all people away from buying from them.

I bought a ring in November 2019. I received it but had regretted my purchase. In the beginning they answered and gave me a return address. They also confirmed receiving the returned item. But since may they are not answering and I still haven’t received my money back. The worst company ever to rip off their customers:(

I ordered a ring Feb 29,2020. The company took my money. Gave me a tracking number. Shows package was coming from China. In April contact company as package has not moved, still in China since March 5. Was told to give it one more week, if doesnt move they will reship Package dis not move. Ask for refund or reship. Was told it would reship and wait for new tracking number. 2 weeks later still has not reshipped. Again contacted company, want refund. This time told they can reship until other package comes back to them and will not refund. But what if oackage is lost, they dont care, so I have no package and no money. Unfortunately I fell for this scam. I purchased two rings and bracelet as we just lost my father to cancer and I felt this would be an amazing reminder daily that we can get through this. I placed my order in February, they took my payment, and sent me a tracking number. Unfortunately this tracking number and page has stated the same thing since March 3, 2020. Sad this organization feeds on those who truly are seeking some form or daily remembrance to help them on their path of healing.

Hi. I ordered to them a ring and a bracelet. I received an email with a tracking number, but everytime I check shows that the item left China? and is in Transit. When I keep sending emails to ask about my items they keep saying about that tracking number. I am just interested in have the items not excuses.

I too ordered a ring on 24th January, I had an order confirmation straight away and the payment was taken. I keep getting newsletters. I contacted them again on the 3rd Feb, I got an email back to say they would check its progress. 5th Feb Order despatched, with tracking details on from CHINA! but could get no detail. I emailed them again, complained and got another email with an English royal mail track and trace. it supposedly left china on 15th FEB! I’m betting I wont get my goods.

Awareness avenue is supposedly an online boutique. They advertise many products on Facebook. When I purchased an item from them, I got several invoices and order confirmations but no tracking information. They do not respond to emails or messages on their web page, or Facebook comments about problems with orders. I talked to several other people on their Facebook page who experienced the same issues.
