I recd a ltr on November 11, 2015 from Award Notification Commission, PO Box 2905, Kansas City, KS 66110 stating I won 2 million dollars. They requested that I send $12.99 by check, cash , money order or credit card. Make the check payable to ANC and send to address above. I did not send.
