I am the founder of Roman Catholic Dragons International based in Billings, Montana and I got an email stating that I won an award from the Best of Billings 2016 for my organization. Of course they wanted me to pay for my award and I don’t remember anything about having to pay for awards you receive. I emailed them about it I’ve yet to be heard back. I did NOT pay anything to them.
