This company advertises on Facebook and Amazon. I placed an order for orthopedic shoes after reading their add. When order went through the email said 4 to 6 weeks for delivery so I got suspicious. Checked them out, saw that there were multiple problems, and then followed their posted procedure to cancel my order. They ignored my cancellation and proceeded with shipping the order after the money had been removed from my account. I emailed multiple times, called their customer service number and left messages multiple times, and they ignored them all. When the "shoes" finally arrived, they were not at all what was advertised. Incredibly cheaply made, had a weird smell, and were literally unwearable because they were so uncomfortable. Made of plastic, soles inflexible and completely flat. No arch support. Cannot walk in them. Never responded to me until I finally threatened to report them. Then they said they could refund 20%. Unacceptable since they ignored my cancellation for shoes that did not at all meet the description they posted. Do not order from this company! Many, many complaints of fraud.
