Type of a scam Online Purchase
Posted an auto on craiglist. Got a text looking into it, but sent me a website for an auto VIN report id never heard of and could not find in searches. He claimed it was the best site on google, but I could not find it. The url was odd looking although the website was very sharp looking.
language in texts was stilted as well. I assume this was a scam to get both money and a credit card number.
