Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
My husband received a USPS packet from Germania Insurance Co in Huntsville TX containing a letter and a check of $4,750.00 issued by Liberty Property in Wayne PA. (Immage attached). Upon receipt, he is supposed to text Mr. Gary at 763-691-7693 to provide my full name, amount on the check, check # and alternate cell phone #. Then he is to deposit the check and text Mr. Gary again.
