The frequent calls (up to 7 now) are to tell me that the warranty on my car (they know the make/model and year) is expiring and they want to offer me an "opportunity to extend the warranty". I keep telling them I already purchased an extended 10 year/100,000 mile warranty when I bought the car 2 years ago so to please stop calling me at work (I have no idea how they got my work number). Call number "7" is when I got suspicious and started asking a lot of questions. "Josh" refused to give me his last name, refused to transfer me to his supervisor, refused to give me the main number to the "company" he worked for and he got very sarcastic with me. I hung up and tried to find the company he provided me on the internet or in the phone directory and it does not exist.
